NYFW AW 2015 | Day 1| Vintage Dior

NYFW Day 1 | 12degrees Farenheit is a beast. My GOD it was FREAKING COLD! But that stopped no one when it came to Mercedes Benz Fashion Week! This was my second trip out to the tents, and experiencing it in the dead of winter was a whole other thing. To be honest, I think I appreciated the street style even more! Everyone brought out coats on coats on coats, dope clutches and jewelry. Throughout the week I stuck to a monochromatic theme and tried to keep things interesting with lots of different textures, fabrics, and detailing. B & W | Keeping things simple. This has been the year of jumpsuits, crop tops, and black and white for me… Back in NYC, I had a day full of meetings and showroom visits and wanted to be comfy! Union Square | Floral and Fringe Kimono

Union Square | Back in NYC…When in the city, I often stay at the W in Union Square and I love the neighborhood…Really easy to get around, some good shopping, one of my favorite shows ever, Fuerza Bruta, is right there, and in the square on Sundays, there's a really nice little farmer's market. We went to check it out and took a stroll through the park.. Zimmermann Crepe Plunge Jumpsuit

NYC | Jumpsuits have been the theme of my summer…Although I have too many black jumpsuits for my own good, this one by Zimmermann ('Crepe Plunge Jumpsuit' available here) holds a special place in my heart because I wore it to my first official NYFW! I completely fell in love with the wired neckline and menswear inspired fit in the trousers.
