Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to have a nice romantic dinner with your partner. Not to mention, it’s less expensive and it can be a lot more special than eating out. Step one is finding the location. I’d recommend picking a location where you two don’t usually eat, so it makes the evening feel more special. Next, set up a table and cover it with floral arrangements, petals, and candles. Nothing feels more romantic than eating amongst flowers! Enhance the atmosphere by playing soft, romantic tunes and have the candlelight guide your dinner. If you need some recipe inspo, I’ll include a few of my go-to recipes that are a step above our usual weeknight dinner here, here, and here.

With kiddos myself it is hard to get out for a date night sometimes so these ideas are perfect. OMG, the bath is a dream and there is something so romantic about a bath, flowers, and candles. I hope you two lovebirds had an amazing Valentine’s Day!
