Goodmorning my love! This morning you woke me up at 6:45am and while I’m not usually a morning person, I’m starting to love these early hours with you. It’s alone time we get to have, just you and me, before daddy wakes up and makes us breakfast, before Missy (our Maltese) gets up and wants to be walked. I love laying on my back, just thinking of you, and when I start to rub my belly, you kick back now, and it’s the most wonderful sensation I’ve ever felt! I can’t wait until it’s your little face that I wake up to in these early hours, but for now I’m feeling grateful to have you close, to help you grow, and still be one with you.

Your daddy and I are getting more excited by the day! You have all of a sudden popped and my belly is pretty big now, and while it’s been harder to find clothes to wear, I’m loving this big belly because it means we’re closer to the day we get to meet you! Will you have big dark eyes like him? A head of curls like me? Will you love to smile? Yesterday your dad and I put on bachata music in the morning after breakfast and danced for the first time in a while, and we both said we can’t wait to teach you!! I wonder if you’ll love dancing as much as we do? From how much I feel you wiggling around all the time, I’m guessing so!

I think you’ve got a sweet tooth! I’ve all of a sudden been constantly craving milkshakes, ice cream, chocolate, and cookies!!!! I’m trying to resist the urges because I’d like you to take in mostly healthy things, but I guess the occasional Frosty isn’t horrible! By the way, it’s so exciting to now know you are a little girl!!!! I was secretly hoping you would be! Last time I wrote to you, we didn’t know yet! It was so much fun, we had a gender reveal party and your dad and I found out along with our close family and friends! I wonder if you’ll be girly like me, into playing dress up, hair and makeup? Or will you love sports and want to play soccer or maybe basketball like your daddy?! Regardless, I can’t wait to find out what makes you happy in life, what you’ll become passionate about..
