NYFW Day 1 | Fashion week is one of my favorite times of year but reminds me a lot of going back to school at the end of summer. You see all of your friends that you haven’t seen for months because they’ve been busy traveling all summer, you’ve got to rush to get into your first events on time, and of course, pick the perfect outfit that will set you off for the rest of the year. Even though it was scorching in the city, I recently purchased this little olive green coat (petite section at TopShop) and am entirely obsessed. It reminds me of everything I love about the Balmain coats I’m lusting after but for a wearable, fraction of the cost. I belted it with a green snakeskin waist belt from Barney’s, leopard mules from Tony Bianco, Celine Trapeze bag, Dita eyewear Mach One frames, and rosegold jewelry by Jacquie Aiche, Tiffany and Co, and Anarchy Street.
