My Favorite Facial Cleansers That Won’t Strip Your Skin

best facial cleansers for removing makeup

Goodmorning and Happy Monday my loves! I’m so excited to start off my new series: Weekly Favorites. I’m always getting tons of questions about my top favorites for beauty, fashion, baby etc so I wanted to put together a post on the blog every week that rounds up my favorite products in different categories. This week I’m starting off with BEAUTY. I’m letting you in on my absolute favorite facial cleansers that won’t strip your skin. I’ve been using these 5 on rotation for years, and even when I try new products I always find myself going back to these. Comment below and let me know what you want to see next!

1. Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

$64.00

For those of you who have been following me for a while, you know I swear by the Elemis ProCollagen cleanser! I raved about it in my 10 products I can’t live without video and have probably gone through 5 more jars since then! I naturally have oily skin so I’ve always been hesitant to use cleansing balms and oils on my skin, especially before bedtime. What I love about this formula is that the texture doesn’t feel overly oil and just melts into the skin creating this milky lather that almost feels like a foam cleanser. It seriously feels like silk is touching your skin! My skin always feels so refreshed, soothed and plumped after I use this.

2. Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm

$34.00

The Green Clean Removing Cleansing Balm has become a staple in my cleansing routine. I’ve been a big fan of this clean skincare brand and their “farm-to-face” products that are free of toxins. This formula is super gentle with a mix of essential oils like sunflower and ginger root oil that remove makeup and dirt all while leaving your skin feeling moisturized.

3. Dermalogica Precleanse

$45.00

This vegan cleanser has been a longtime favorite of mine and is the key to stripping your face clean when you are in full glam mode! The balm-to-oil formula breaks down makeup and nourishes your skin at the same time!

4. Algenist GENIUS Ultimate Anti-Aging Melting Cleanser

$38.00

This cleanser always feels really luxurious and makes me look forward to washing my face. I love the ultra creamy formula and knowing that it’s packed with anti-aging ingredients and most importantly, micro algae oil which is known for replenishing your skin. This cleanser always leaves my skin feeling nourished and hydrated.

5. Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser

$28.00

This is a great gentle cleanser for all skin type. Some foaming cleansers are known to be too drying, but this one is super silky and has never left my skin feeling tight! This formula also contains grape and sage extract that help with blemishes and radiance.

I love your picks especially the Dermalogica ones. It’s really important to choose the right cleanser so you are not doing more harm than good to your skin!
