Happy Friday babes!! It’s been another long week and I couldn’t be more ready for the weekend! Before we go any further, I have a confession to make..I shot this look a bit over a month ago and stumbled on it the other day! (blame the pregnancy brain..it’s VERY real!!). Now back to this outfit! As I was looking through these photos the other day, I couldn’t help but think how quickly time is flying throughout my pregnancy!! Yesterday we had our 32 week appointment and got to see our little girl in 4D again..but this time it was so much more real than last time and we already felt like she’s here with us! This week it’s really been hitting me how quickly time is flying and how much we need to finalize before the baby comes. With just a couple months to go, I’ve been focusing on streamlining my wardrobe and glam routine in preparation for the baby. I’m not becoming a minimalist or anything..the 37-piece wardrobe just wouldn’t work out for me, but a bit of decluttering every now and then (especially now) will save me some time and stress. Latley, I’ve been feeling so pressed for time in the mornings and so I opt for pieces that are simple and rely on a few good accessories to keep it interesting! I love this dress by Kookai because it’s simple, yet adds a fun and flirty vibe with the ruffle detailing. Plus it’s fitted, stretchy and comfy..my three musts now that I’m in my third trimester and have to pee like 20 times a day lol!! I paired the dress with this gorgeous snake head lock bag by Bulgari that takes me back to my magical Rome nights. I wore this bag on repeat during my trip to Rome and decided to bring it out now that power red is the color of the season! I don’t have a lot of colorful bags in my wardrobe, but I love that this bag really plays up any outfit and adds a unique touch to a simple look like this.
No swollen feet just yet! 🙈 Luckily I’m still fitting into my pointy-toe heels, so I think I’ll take advantage while I can! ;)
This shoulder bag by Bulgari elevates any outfit with it’s embellished gold-plated “Serpenti” head and structured elegant design that makes it a lifelong investment. They don’t call it “Serpenti Forever” for nothing right? My wardrobe mostly consists of neutral-toned bags, but this is a red I’ll never get sick of..that perfect pomegranate red that isn’t too dark or light.
Any fun weekend plans?! Let me know in the comments below :)
As always, thank you for stopping by and I’ll see you guys back here on Monday!
