Good Day Fashionistas! Today’s post is all about DETAILS and add-ons! I like to dress simply: white tank or tee, fun skirt or jeans…Although these are classic staples, the look can get very boring! With just a few special pieces like a great pair of cutout heels in an unexpected color and a mix of gold and rosegold accessories, your look can go from plain Jane to traffic-stopper! What I love about each of these pieces is their unconventional cuts. The tank is long in the front to tuck in or hang free, short in the back, and the skirt is longer on one side and shorter on the other. I am pretty obsessed with these aqua, cutout stilettos from Zara that not only make a statement but are extremely comfortable and supportive too! To take this black and white look from day to night, just add a funky jacket like the “Bone-Shredder” Leather Jacket, also from NastyGal.com. This is the perfect leather piece for spring and summer because the open sleeves let the breeze in. I love how the jacket makes this look a little more badass but the white color keeps it from being too “biker-club.” I am currently obsessed with mixing my gold and rosegold pieces! Rosegold is the perfect neutral metal to wear with silver or gold! On the bottom hand I am wearing a rosegold Tiffany and Co ring from my love and a BCBG knuckle ring in rose gold. On the middle finger I am wearing a monogram gold ring from my mother-in-law and an XOXO ring from Urban Outfitters.
