As most of you may have noticed, I LOVE wearing girly looks: mini skirts and dresses, crop tops and heels, but sometimes wearing menswear inspired pieces can be just as fun and sexy! This look was inspired by a fellow boyfriend jeans lover, Selena Gomez, and I loved how she paired her oversized bottoms with a tight black tee and tailored blazer. The plunging neckline of this Brandy Melville tee (similar here) and fitted waist of this Zara blazer (similar here) balance out the lower half proportions of my TopShop jeans and keep this look feminine. If you’re petite like me, boyfriend jeans look best with heels! I am wearing simple black pumps from Tony Bianco which keep the look lengthy. Sometimes if you wear ankle strap or lace up heels with boyfriend jeans, it can make your legs actually look shorter than they really are and at 5’4″, I can use every inch I can get!
